Starting, Monday January 11th, Billings Animal Family Hospitalwill be permitting clients to enter the facility.
FOREMOST: If you have exposure to Covid or are feeling ill, please do not come in the building. We will do curbside or make an appointment for a later date.
To minimize client’s and staff member’s likelihood of exposure, we are only allowing (1) one client only (that means no children accompanying a parent) per appointment to enter the building. When entering, you will be required to have a mask on at all times. If you do not feel comfortable with these conditions, we will accommodate you by doing curbside. Medication Refills and Technician appointments will continue to be curbside.
When you arrive at Billings Animal Family Hospital, please call 406-245-4772 and inform the staff of your name and pet’s name and what you are here for (an appointment with the Dr vs. medication refill/technician appointment). Please also let them know what parking spot you are in. (Cuddly kitten, slithering snake, playful puppy, etc).
