Mardi came to live with us on March 30, 2010. After much debate and thought about a new puppy after Emmy died, we finally decided to get one. Mardi came from the Browns in Broadview. She is proving to be quite intelligent and stubborn, typical characteristics of a Heeler! She comes to work everyday to Circle of Life and the staff is wonderful about helping with her socialization and potty training! We have high hopes for her, but time will tell. Sage and Laramie still wish she would go away!

Invisible Fence training

This week Mardi began her Invisible Fence training. We are excited about this, as now she can't be outside unsupervised. Initial training is done indoors; she is currently unable to go in the laundry room to get the kitty food. So far so good............
