Best customer service I have ever received, my dog Omari was hit by a car and left for dead, we normally go to other vets but it was an emergency and we had never been here, we called they told us to bring him right in, they doctored him up and treated him so kindly as well as kept us calm and in the know as to what they were doing. I’m so thankful for this place! I will forever remember the kind humans that saved my baby’s life!!
I never write reviews, but I was honestly so impressed by everyone. I called around to several other vets before deciding on Animal Family. Everyone was so kind and helpful—from the first person I spoke to on the phone, to the receptionists, to Dr. Sarah. Thank you all so much for making me and Cooper feel so comfortable and welcome!!
We LOVE Dr. Best and her caring staff. We are so lucky to have a Vet who is there for not only for my pets but, honestly us humans as well. In all situations she has been so understanding and helps in any way possible. A great surgeon & is always willing to go the extra mile.
My family has been taking our dogs here for the past twelve years. Their service and care has meant the world to both my family and our furry friends. They’ve always made Mickey and Fredrick feel at home and loved when we have taken them in. This past summer we had to put Fredrick down and they made the entire process comforting for everyone involved. We wouldn’t consider taking our pets anywhere else!
I have trusted the staff at this establishment for nearly 30 years. My pets are my children and I have always found the vets here to be highly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. The office staff and techs are always friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend BAFH for every type of pet health care.
